This project brought "Chanel - Dakar" concept to life, turning a complex vision of intricate ceramic mosaics and tilted frames into production-ready realities. The role involved translating global design briefs into precise technical specs adapted for diverse boutiques. A major focus was rigorous material testing to nail the authentic ceramic look, comparing plaster against MDF substrates through extensive prototyping. This process included overseeing CNC molding, validating exact Pantone lacquers, and refining high-gloss finishes to eliminate defects like air bubbles. From detailed 3D visualization to on-site supervision, the work ensured these challenging textures were flawlessly executed everywhere.
